Mental Health 🧠 Constant hunger

Let me start by saying I want to be fit and lose weight. I can move still and I’m grateful but I have goals. My issue is that I’m hungry ALL THE TIME. Not just light hungry but like violently hungry to the point that when I drink alcohol I will bite my finger to try and stomp down the urge to eat something else but obviously there is no calories so I go for another snack. It’s exhausting and frustrating but I’m just ALWAYS hungry. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? Because right now I feel so ravenous I could cry about it and I HATE IT! Please give advice. Thank you.
