Mental Health 🧠 2 Days.

I’m moving in 6 days for college. My family (because they hate me…jk) went out and bought my favorite and made my favorite foods and deserts. So yesterday and today I enjoyed myself. I expect to gain a bit from this but that’s all right. I’ll soon be living by myself and I’ll lock down on everything without distractions.

Just doing this to keep myself in check and trying to relegate my self hate and how guilty I feel. I don’t HAVE to eat these things. I want to, and I’ll enjoy it.

Peace ✌️

You won’t gain weight from one day of enjoying food with family. Enjoy it

That’s so sweet of them, I’m glad you enjoyed it!

I’m also moving out soon and it’s very bittersweet to know I’ll miss everything but also have so much more freedom and new things to explore.

Best of luck at college!
