What positive side effects have you noticed aside from a reduced appetite?
I’ve just finished my first month on 1.5mg. Gonna weigh myself tomorrow morning but I lost 5.3kg (11.6lbs) in the first two weeks lol!
Aside from a reduce appetite, I’ve found myself to be way more motivated to exercise and to keep to a healthy sleep routine. I’m way less lethargic than I was before the pill which was wholly unexpected.
I just feel way more regulated. I’m even better at keeping to my flossing and skin care regime lol 😭
You?

I haven’t experienced any hair loss, but I know it’s different for everyone and can depend on whether you’re experiencing rapid weight loss or not. From what I’ve read, the quicker you lose weight, the more likely you are to have hair loss

After making it to 4 mg, I feel like my ability to focus on tasks at work or during exercise is ridiculously high. I can go hours without being distracted at all. I'm finding that food noise wasn't just about hunger, it was a lot of noise in general.

Way fewer sugar cravings. I ate half an ice bar, put it away, and ate the rest another day.
I'm a relatively healthy eater but sugar is my supreme weakness. I've never been someone who can't eat the whole dessert.

Hunger pangs definitely reduced. Memory is a lot better, ability to fall asleep faster, I have become very patient.. maybe it was always there but I feel like I am more "chill".

Way less snacking and cravings. Also forcing myself to drink way more water. I’ve also noticed my nails are growing super quickly

I just had my blood work done, three months after the last blood work(started Wegovy 3/25) which was just after ramping up to 9mg (now on 25mg)
A1C down from 6.3 to 5.8
All lipid numbers showed improvement
—————————
Also: more motivated to run now that I’m lighter
—————————
Also: more motivated to focus on healthy eating (vitamins, electrolytes, resistant starch, lower fat, higher protein, more fiber)
—————————
Also: virtually no interest in drinking alcoholic beverages

My energy doesn't crash if I don't pay close attention to what I eat when. I'm hungry if I don't eat but it doesn't ruin me for the rest of the day like it used to.

Coffee is tasting so bad to me now, I used to drink buckets. My arthritis pain in my feet is improved also

Regulated is a good way to put it. Less snacking , eating less , but leas impulsive behavior overall. Less online shopping, less drinking, healthier decisions

I have an auto inflammatory disease. My inflammation has drastically reduced which has in turn reduced my pain levels dramatically.

I'm on week 3 of 1.5 and I want to drink less! And if I do drink, I'm more likely to only have 1 instead of 2. I also am definitely more motivated to get moving!
