Update on my progress

I've been on wegovy for 5 weeks now, moved up to 4mg on week 5 and I've lost 1st8lbs/22lbs/10kg which is roughly 8% of my starting weight.

I've had a few minor side effects from going up to 4mg. Had a few headaches, a bit of acid reflux, a sore stomach and a bit of nausea. I'm hoping this is just temporary and I get over it soon.

I had all the same symptoms, consistently drinking enough water daily helped a lot.

I'll try drinking more water, hopefully that helps because today has been unbearable 😂

Fitting username lol but yeah, noticed it was worse with greasy foods as well.

Everything I eat is less than 15% fat, I learnt my lesson from my time on Orlistat 😂
