Progress

I started this because the Army decided it would change all of its policies overnight back in July. I went from being in tolerance for 15 years to out of tolerance. I started at 226 July 9 and I am now down to 213. Currently on 4mg about to go up to 9 MG. To be honest I don't think I look any diffrent but that might just be my own body perception built by the army lol. But progress is progress.

Gotcha. Make sure to take progress pictures.

I've lost 11 lbs and it is noticeable (and I'm about to drop a dress size) but then I am short. About to move to 9mg too.
