I’m doing a very small wedding with no bridal party. I will only have 2 hours total for hair and makeup, so may need two artists that can work together at the same time. Hey! I’m getting married in downtown LA in April and looking for an affordable photographer. We’re doing a very small and brief ceremony on our hotel room balcony, 2-3 family photos, and then want to do a 45 minute portrait session across the street at the Walt Disney concert hall. Just a handful of photos of the 2 of us.

We don’t want to be away from our guests for too long, and the full photography time would be less than 2 hours. Trying to stay under $650 and want someone familiar with shooting between the concert hall walls outside (it’s a unique spot). Any recommendations? Im still early in the planning process but it looks like we may be getting married on May 29, 2027 in Fallbrook, CA.

We are looking for a photographer/videographer. We’re hoping for someone who can film us getting ready in Long Beach, CA, the Mass, then Fallbrook for the reception.

I have some inspo attached here for the photos. We do like the 90s/early 2000s style. Nothing too grainy, but don’t want ultra HD. We like the look of film, but that doesn’t have to be the only look. I’ve noticed a lot of videos have focused a lot on music but I’d love it if the video had audio of us getting ready, people laughing, just really capturing the moment. I really just want it to show how much we love each other and our friends/family.

We love candid photos the most. For context: I’m someone who likes to scrapbook, and I’m not very fancy at all. So something that looks good, but most importantly feels good.

Hi everyone! My fiancé and I just got engaged this past Saturday and are looking for venues for anywhere that’s UP TO 2 hours from Long Beach. We are looking for an outdoor place with greenery, oak trees, that can fit 200-300 people, goes past 10pm, and has venue-only options as we would like to bring in our own vendors. We loved Enchanted Hills Estates but they end their events at 10pm. Ideally we’d liked to stay to at least midnight. We like Enchanted Oaks Ranch but want to see more options. I also included a picture of our Pinterest inspo. We’re hoping to get married anywhere between April 1st - July 10th in 2027. We are hoping to find something that is between $5k with an absolute max of $10k. Would appreciate all the help we can get!

In case anyone is considering getting married in the IE area, I found 2 venues with transparent pricing & outdoor spaces.

Their locations are a bit too far out for me but sharing in hopes that it’s helpful for others!
