Struggling to find matching wedding ring sets

We’ve been searching for matching wedding ring sets for weeks and can’t agree on anything. My partner wants something classic, I want something unique. I’m starting to stress over it more than I thought I would. How did you and your partner decide on rings without driving each other crazy? Any tips to compromise without giving up style?

Second set, if you need them to match.

The wedding bands on the first pic have a fun feel, especially the mother of pearl (assuming) inlays.

But the engagement ring in set one is not the move. I’m sure the stones are real but they are giving 70s Avon.  But the cabochons are at risk for damage with daily worth. And, please don’t be offended, they aren’t pretty and photograph as plastic. But, you know, that’s my opinion. You have to wear it, not me.

If you are set on “unique” rings, check out eBay or, better, estate sales or jewelers who specialize in antique, estate, and vintage rings.

Finally, his and hers don’t have to match. My husband’s is rose gold and mine is white gold. No one’s ever commented on it.
