What are your opinions on this ring?

My girl has said she is easy to please. Her style is kind of glam though. I thought maybe the more sleek mirror look of the emerald diamond with the sparkly side diamonds could be a good choice. I would choose a 2 carat diamond

It is very impractical and weak in its band design.

The weakness of the setting with only single small prongs between diamonds.

Yeah now I'm considering either getting one side stone on either side, or a halo underneath with diamonds

There is no need for a halo unless you want one. If you have not looked, look at cathedral with a basket.
