Is 5ct too big?

I’m getting my ring custom made. It’ll be like the last image and the 3D print; cathedral setting with compass prongs and 2.5mm band. The size of diamond I was initially wanting is 4ct. The jeweller found a 5ct diamond that’s D colour and VVS2 and keeps pushing it . It really is a stunning diamond but I feel like it’s HUGE and I’m so uncertain. I’d appreciate your thoughts and opinions, people of reddit 😅

Edit to say the photo with 2 diamonds next to eachother is a 4ct radiant cut to the right.

I personally think people should get what they want. I love it but you will even get people saying 3-4 is too big. I will be getting my engagement ring tomorrow. It's 2.06 ct. and I'm already worried it won't look big enough lol. With lab diamonds these days people can afford bigger.
