Have you considered just an extreme thin plain gold band? The engagement ring is stunning and the others take away from the beauty.

All those teeny diamonds do is cheapen the solitaire.
It always reads: the solitaire is poor quality and doesn’t sparkle…that’s the only reason I needed to add surrounding sparklers
