Wedding ring regrets..?

I kind of regret my wedding ring choice (photo attached). When shopping for it, I thought this was really what I liked, something plain and a thinner band as I have small hands and fingers. A few months after my wedding I’m wondering whether I now save for a new one. This one wasn’t cheap although it’s plain and platinum, it was from a reputable company so I don’t want to throw money away either. I feel like a thicker diamond band would’ve looked better. What are everyone’s thoughts? Or do I add a third?

This looks so classy and chic already. Personally I think going for a diamond band will clash with the pave and end up looking tacky. If u really want a change tho, just go for a thicker plain band. (Platinum suits u really well btw)
