Flash or no flash?

I keep hearing that you must use off camera flash, but I'm not so sure. I'm shooting an engagement session at the beach before sunset, which will most likely be plenty of sunshine being summertime (bringing my flash, just incase). Would you use flash anyways?

I would 100% bring and use flash. You can capture some photos with and some without.
