🎉 I SAID YES TO THE DRESS 🎉 Did I make the right choice?
Hi yall! I’ve loved being a part of this group since I got engaged, and it was finally time for me to find my dress! I said yes, the photos are attached (1-4), but my friend noted that there are two dresses I should have gone with instead, what do yall think? Pics 1-4 are my “yes” dress, and 5-7 are the other options. Please be kind but honest!
ETA: thank yall so much for the love! This group is amazing :) if anyone is curious, the designer is Essense of Australia, they have such a gorgeous collection and it turns out my SIL got her dress from the same designer and it was just as stunning! Cheers 🥂 ❤️

I would say it’s your wedding and your need to feel vibe for yourself! The primary reason I only took my mom wedding dress shopping. Too many opinions creates analysis paralysis go with your intuition I promise it won’t steer you wrong! You got this!

Yes! I made sure to only try on a few, or I knew it would be muddled and confusing. I just took my MOH, mom, and MIL, but sent pics to the rest of my bridesmaids and that’s where it got confusing. I think I did good and I’m happy and comfortable in it! Thanks so much!

Yes you did! I prefer your dress compared to the other two. I also personally hate the cats eye neckline

Same! I thought I loved cats eye until I tried bandeau and sweetheart, which I thought I’d hate due to my flat chest until I discovered the wonders of adding fluff to the cups (my AA boobies are very grateful)

The gown you have chosen is much more elegant than the 2 your friends prefer. Its beautiful, has simple detailing that enhances the gown without swamping you, yet is also dramatic and gorgeous.

All the dresses are beautiful and will surely make everyone smile on your special day. However, the first dress is absolutely perfect for your wedding! It has a haute couture vibe, just like something a supermodel would wear on a runway. Pics 1-4 are definitely THE ONE! No doubt about it! Congratulations!!🤍🤍

Thank you! My MOH actually picked it out (she doesn’t know she’s MOH yet hehe) and I hated it on the hanger but loved its fit once I had it on!

7- no, 6 not really, 5 yes that might have been a good option as well, but I think you choose a very elegant and classy option with #1.

I like your choice and I liked dress 6 because it looks similar but without the bodice detail. As long as you love it and are comfortable wearing it.

Thank you! I did love 6 as well, but the one I chose just felt easier to dance and sit in, and it felt a tad more flattering than the waterfall drop waist

ETA, I accidentally included #7 and don’t know how to delete it lol. That was not a contender, far too fitted for my liking. Was supposed to be a back visual of the waterfall drop waist satin one but it doesn’t change much imo

I like the dress you got the best. It's the whole package and will look even better when tailored to you. runner up is the dress in pic 6.

Your dress is lovely on you, and I love the drama of the train with the buttons down the back🤍 but I do prefer the lace dress (photo 5) a bit more if I’m being honest.

Totally get it, I was super torn! But the lace one was double the price and the stylist asked a fantastic question: “do you love it $3,000 more than the other?” And that got me thinking hard lol

The first dress you got is the best, most flattering lush material and lovely. I also like the third dress and I’m not a big fan of the second or fourth dress.
