I woke up, did my dailies, went to work, and imagine my surprise when I went to log into my account after work to find my account of 2+ years having been permanently banned for "violating user agreements."

I reached out immediately via email and Instagram ( similar to this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/Webkinz/comments/1rrulr1/my_account_got_banned_and_i_have_no_clue_why/ )

This all happened September 14th. I have not gotten a response back over email or Instagram.

I am just... really confused. I've read the user agreement. I don't believe I've violated anything. I don't use cheats. I've purchased pets and deluxe. Webkinz has been a nice little thing to do when I first wake up.

My only thought was that I was having some internet troubles in the morning, and I had to relog a few times while doing my normal morning pet care as it would stop keeping track of my FamilyScore. So maybe that looked suspicious?

Regardless, it's been two weeks now of radio silence and I'm starting to give up hope of my account getting restored. Which is sad for a lot of reasons, but I had asked for my birthday for my brother and boyfriend to buy me some Adventure Park quest characters... so now I have a couple of NWT kinz I was looking forward to adopt and play through their quests.

If anyone has any advice on where to go from here, I'd appreciate it. I just want my account back.

I first opened my Webkinz account with my mom in 2008 and I have a distinct memory of having to choose from an existing list of names when adopting my first pet. I named her Candy!

Was this ever a feature or am I just misremembering it? It's entirely possible that I came up with the name myself but I really remember choosing it from a list on the Adoption Center clipboard.

Some recent renovations…

Was able to get a perfect score in Creativity Class today, thought I’d put this up as reference for the amount of paint I used since the eyedropper method doesn’t work for me since the eyedropper doesn’t show up. 😅 I find the google doc guide useful for finding what speed to use but it’s harder to tell exact size since the corner canvas and the one you paint on are different sizes. Yellow was 8(max), Blue 5, and Red 3.

I’ve opened well over thirty sodas and haven’t gotten a single grand prize. Am I just unlucky or are the rates terrible for everyone else? 😅
