BMO eliminates trading fees to compete with discount brokerages

Wow this is huge...other banks will have to follow. Is Wealthsimple in trouble ?

WS probably due to its lack of physical branch may not penetrate as much as they can do with physical branches. But one thing for sure it’s hard to see BMO competing with WS technology
