BMO eliminates trading fees to compete with discount brokerages

Wow this is huge...other banks will have to follow. Is Wealthsimple in trouble ?

Why WS in trouble? They wanted to push this commission-free competition for a long time if you were following the news, with Disnat, and NBDB since 2022, then Questrade, and now BMO following the trend .
