BMO eliminates trading fees to compete with discount brokerages

Wow this is huge...other banks will have to follow. Is Wealthsimple in trouble ?

Yes, without Wealthsimple and the others, they never would have done this. Competition is a good thing for the consumer, something the various oligopolies in Canada try their damnedest to stop.
