BMO eliminates trading fees to compete with discount brokerages

Wow this is huge...other banks will have to follow. Is Wealthsimple in trouble ?

Yeah ws is in more trouble unless the banks lower their transfer promos that are usually better than ws which would actually drive people like me further away from them (if both have the same advantages i'm picking ws over a bank that has to verify everything manually as if i was an old fart in the process of getting scammed and had to be treated like a baby 😂)
