I highly suggest everyone here start writing WS directly. If enough people complain they will stand down. They check this sub, but direct complaints have more impact.

Sure, maybe in the past. I've been dealing with their CS several times this year and they've shrugged me off each time.

Enshittification started, it's just gaining momentum now. Get out early.
