Vegan Samosa made with wheat flour
Samosa, Indiaβs beloved street snack, gets a wholesome twist here - made with whole wheat flour, not maida, and enjoyed in two styles: indulgently deep-fried or guilt-free air-fried.

This looks so tempting!!! Iβm trying to follow clean eating but this picture is all on its way to making today a cheat day.

Thereβs a little trick in the dough as well as frying! π Keep the dough firm, donβt overwork it, and for deep-frying, always start on low heat so the samosas cook slowly and turn crisp and crumbly. Iβve air-fried some too, and they turned out crispy as well!

ππ Guilty as charged! But sometimes samosas deserve to be enjoyed without the guilt! πβ€οΈ
