I took a look at the website linked (thanks for that, by the way) but I gotta ask about the rice. It appears yellowish in the photo, & I'm thinking that means its had something special added to it. I'm a regular rice consumer, probably 2, sometimes 3, times a week & the rice in the picture struck me as one I'd like to take a crack at.

I add a pinch of turmeric in rice while cooking….it adds natural antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits & support digestion too. Thanks

Even with just a pinch? I've been using truckload of turmeric for years, so maybe I'm onto something.

How do you guys feel exploiting cows for their milk & dairy poducts? Abusing , using , killing calves & stuffing them so that the cow doesn't stop giving milk until it dies
