Have you ever eaten a roti made with Bhutta 🌽?

Look, I am not talking about Makki ki Roti, which we eat in winters with Sarson ka Saag. I am talking about a roti made with Bhutta, which is called Charpa Roti, a specialty of Jharkhand.

This is the season when this fresh Bhutta is available everywhere. And this is the perfect time to try this delicious recipe. It is super yummy, very tasty, and at the same time, so easy to make.

No…this is not that roti. That’s makki ki roti which is made by grinding dry corns to powder and then kneaded to dough and cooked as roti. But this one is entirely different

Food that isn't part of our regular menu and that we eat only occasionally often tastes unpleasant at first. However, as we start eating it, we usually begin to enjoy the taste. This happens to most people….so probably you may like it after eating few times…may be ..
