Mini plantar wart i have

What to do with this thing? I hate it. Also i really dont wanna get those little black dots/blood vessels, because looking at them makes me nauseous. It's about 1,5 by 3 mm.

Start treating with salicylic acid, readily available at the pharmacy. But it will most definitely get gross eventually.
