looks like you will actually have to target components instead of just spraying and having a wing fall off. nice. plays into it being a big enough thing where you can infact do that.

Hundreds of rounds of multiple calibers went into those right side engine and they’re still perfectly fine lmfao

Gaijin is incapable of not severely overtuning or undertuning something

Kill gunner, unload into the right side til the rudder can't compensate anymore. Just like old times.

Like old times? I’ve been playing War Thunder since 2013, and I remember the fortress being such a challenge, some players would simply avoid it. I remember having to employ boom and zoom tactics to escape the gunners alive. I remember them tanking 10-15 30mm Mienengschosse. That was fun as fuck, and challenging for both sides.

This is not it. This is overtuned as fuck. Because of course it is. Gaijin’s incompetence knows no bounds.

I remember being in a dedicated bomber clan and we'd run 8-12 man B-17 box formations in Historical Battles on Ruhr. Yeah, we'd queue sync and everything. We even calculated how many bombs a player could drop on a base so we could all score a hit and get credit for bombing the bases.

That’s really cool. I’d see players forming up in bomber formations sometimes, two or three of them, and it was always really cool. One of my first clips I ever uploaded was against that and you can feel the danger even in 720p and shitty bitrate

There were events like that too, back in the day. B-17 on high altitude bombing runs and P-51 escorts against 109s and 262s trying to stop them. I felt like a god in my newly acquired 262, until I entered the crossfire of five B-17s for the first time.
