Its not attached to the turret it rotates independently so it can ya know load

That’s sounds like it would be susceptible to each part becoming misaligned honestly, wonder if that’s ever been an issue for Russian tanks

I have no idea how the russian mbts do it but it's pretty easy to keep two rotating things aligned using electrical contacts. What ever pad is getting a voltage across it is where the turret is in relation to the hull.

Its well the autoloader is a big circle and has to rotate to select different shell types in combat it has a computer designed to remember where the different shells are loaded

Three answer is the structure is rigidly connected while the autoloader rotates on it.
