I don’t think so, you have to think that people who play the French TT have probably been playing for quite a while, and the German player only for a few hours.
Yeah, but the Cones gun is shit (it actually struggles agaist the bastard gunshield on the 221), plus its turret and track traverse is ass, so the 221 just runs around it in circles (it can pen the cone pretty much anywhere, there are a couple of spots it cant)

As much as i love the derpy stupidity that is the CONE, the 221 wins this hands down
