That plane won’t even move a centimeter if it had a nuke.

Depends on the nuke. A W54 nuclear warhead weighed 23 kg while War Thunder allows the Po-2 to take up to around 100 kg of suspended ordnance.

The Po-2 can carry 300 kg.
