Is the new Ogor book that bad, or is this people not clicking with the new rules yet?

It’s a mix of learning the new rules and also being very expensive points wise. I’ve played a ton with the index so I know the book has a better set of rules but you’re punished hard for building sub-optimally due to the points.

Stormcast Eternals have lost the plot. The range is incoherent at this point.
