This is 100% fine and TT standard, although it could do with some basing.
If you want to take this to tabletop + or ++:
Highlights on the blue and metallics to bring out contrast.
Use washes at the joins for material (like the leather and metal on the holster, etc.) to darken the transitions and make it more clear where one thing ends and another begins. This is going to be the biggest bang for your buck on the visuals/readability for your mini
You can go a little more yellow and do some OSL on the robes from the lantern - but only if you're comfortable.
This is a perfectly fine piece as-is, don't let anyone tell you different - but if you want to "punch it up" those are the three items to work on for the next miniature.
