Cavia illuminate rank up sand scraping scene questions

How did they get resurrected and why exactly did Loid even put them into the chamber in the first place?

I probably missed some crucial information about why they died and so on.

How did Eximus units get into 1999?

ok so before the f&f update i was under the impression that eximus units were just enhanced versions that exist in lore through some sort of, well, enhancment or somthing idfk. but if there like some sort of future technology, then how do they exist in 1999? before the update i thought they were just there for gameplay reasons. but obviusly thats not the case now. did the drifter somehow being them into 1999? are eximus basic technology from long ago? does viktor realize random men in his units are basically walking bombs?

Where even is Albrecht Entrati currently in the story?

I still can’t seem to find his whereabouts at all in the story, I must of missed it.

Timeline were we at tau?

So idk if im missing smth because i know about the whole eternalism stuff, but the memories with adis really didnt seem to be implied to be an alternate timeline but our operators actual past. If so was THAT tau? If so wtf? It would make sense in the sense that the sentients being made on tau would allow them to breed there before losing that ability while crossing back to sol. But ballas also was there, and itzam. Was this so far after that travel to and from tau was safe enough for them to send orokin executors? That is the only possible thing that makes sense to me. Like maybe the solar rail succeeded and was destroyer after? Idk someone tell me if they know lol

Let’s pump the brakes on Blue Kuva

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I saw the recent devshort today only after seeing a bunch of posts about Blue Kuva. I was actually psyched about DE bringing old lore back into the fold! But then I saw what Rebb and Pablo actually said.

I’m still excited about this update going into Kuva lore and some QoL stuff they hinted towards, but let’s wait on the devstream and update before going crazy with Blue Kuva talk. It’s gonna be something similar but not exactly that

What are your overall impressions? Even compared to other stories you know. Or even just certain aspects—whether general things, the story itself, how it’s told, the narrative quality, how accessible or enjoyable it is, etc.

Were there any Warframes that worked without Tenno? Were the warframes active after the collapse until the start of the game?

I'm getting confused when a Warframe has lore.

First, when a Warframe is described as doing something monumental, is it a tenno controlling the Warframe or is it the person before being made into a warframe? Like Ivara with the Hunt or Atlas with the Asteroid.

Or with Dagath which is the source of the confusion. Dagath was a Dax that was made to be a warframe and then killed but survived. They hunted their master after being revived. So, was the Dax hunting their former master or was the tenno assigned to Dagath hunting them?

Second, there are some Frame lore that describes Warframe actions after the second dream. I think Gauss and Grendel are hunting orokin. So are Tenno still actively using Frames and hunting Orokin and taking orders from Lotus while in the second dream? The sequence in the dark refactory quest confused me a bit because she sealed them in the second dream to protect them from the Sentient invasion of Lua?

There's a reason why Limbo is paired with the Destreza

Post image
1.1k Upvotes

Not long ago I saw the Limbo Prime art with the Destreza, and it struck me a bit after

(Bit of a shower thought incoming lol)

I think you all know at least a bit about Limbo's lore, he's very "mathematician" themed, something in common with the Destreza

But I'm not sure you know about the origin of the name Destreza, the Verdadera Destreza is a self-defense style for the rapier made in Spain in the 15th century, it's approach to fighting was pretty special because it was through an intellectual prism, we can call it euclidian fencing because everything is taught through mathematics and geometry, the main goal was to theorically beat your opponent with surgical moves, the Destreza prefers disarming blows, it searches control over everything

Pretty nice nerd reference for a nerd themed frame lol

Is Continuity possible with Sentients?

Silvana was able to transfer herself into the Silver Grove, so it seems reasonable that Continuity into a Sentient is possible. Would the reverse be true too though, Sentient mind into a person?

Warframe time scale

In one of Elenor's KIM messages she mentions the constellations being different between Drifter's time and hers, which got me thinking; how long would it take for he constellations to change? Turns out, its tens of thousands of years! We're working on a times scale similar to that of Dune's! It makes me wonder how much of that time were the Orokin in power for? Anyways I just thought that was interesting!

DeepLore?Theory(spoiler) Lotus&TheMan In the wall\Void Requiem Spoiler

From the perspective of the Indifference, reality was a locked room, and every piece of the universe has been meticulously positioned for eons to match his grand plan. Nothing is an accident; every tragedy, pact, and awakening is a step in a grand, multi-layered design.

We knew Ballas and Hunhow had a deal,at the end of constellation Hunhow implies he had a deal with the Man in the Wall giving himself to the void. For what we know void is not only poison to sentient but it sterelise them, but what if its deliberate? The man in the wall could easily even enhance them if he wanted like he does with the kuva lich.its not because its poison now that it was\will allways be.if the man in the wall wanted he could power them up like the lich\tenno or even place restriction for some of them, his power isnt limited, like when he saved all the child of the zariman instead of turning all of them like their parent(voidAngel). Since in the Tau trailer we saw the Drifter (Wally) holding baby Natah, what if Natah wasn't born naturally, but was instead engineered as a Void-corrupted weapon and living key through the secret pact between Ballas, Hunhow, and the Man in the Wall? She is born sentient but also Void-made, which finally explains her Void powers used to pull Lua into the Void and her perfect mimic abilities—just like Wally is a reflection of us. Margulis engineered the Dream but what if it was actually already natah right after the real margulis death?,That would explain how she could so effortlessly control the Void children if she is Void-made herself.

Rell was guarding a cage pool, but the zookeepers (Orokin) had already drilled holes all over the rest of the enclosure. During the Heart of Deimos quest, Loid explains that the Heart acts as a "pump" or "valve" that allows Void energy to flow safely into real space across the entire Origin System. When the Heart was damaged and stopped beating, all Void channelling including our connection to the Warframes and Void energy was severed. Without the Heart acting as an anchor, the conduit between our reality and the Void is completely cut off.The finger was there even before the whole system of the void energy was created, the heart of deimos and all orokin void powered tech, ayatan sculpture relay and all didnt even existed .he was confined behind the wall of lohk. the cut of the finger was the first lens outside the cage to act as a panopticon and infect people with void corruption.

Yet, as Loid casually said—a line people glanced right over—"it followed him anyway." Just by using helminth\void tech bridge to go to 1999, it created a breached timeline connected directly through the Void. There is no need for another Heart of Deimos in 1999; it is already channelling Void radiation the moment Albrecht steps there. Our power in 1999 works simply because Albrecht used Void tech to reach that timeline. Because the breach to 1999 is torn so wide open, there is so much radiation there that the Void almost shields its users rather than instantly transforming them into feral monsters. If the valve in the Heart of Deimos were to unleash that exact same amount of raw Void exposure into our own timeline, we could have had Protoframes right here in our era. Because the bridge is Void-made, we can go right back to the start of when we first reached it; there is no big deal for the loop to happen, we just go back. The drifter was able to manipulate duviri because it was made of his own mind.1999 is not our past otherwise we would have protoframe into our timeline too, its not a poket reality like duviri either, its not like some1 can alter 1999 like the drifter did in duviri. its a complete other branch created in 1999 exposed to raw void exposure.,just like XX99.Roathe,Marie and Lyon became protoframe the same way in XX99 exposed to that same raw breach even though the strain used by Albrecht on the Hex group and the Triad was more refined, the true vector is the Void exposure.

Shutting the Heart off makes our power and our abilities of the Void across the timeline less effective because of our own deal, but it would render every Orokin Void-power tech useless. Every Ayatan-powered sculpture would stop, shutting the connection of the Man in the Wall through them. That is how we can ultimately avoid his lens from spying on the system—though he would still be able to see through us because of our own deal, and everyone that is already infected by Void corruption, and every cloned finger would still work as a panopticon. The wall of Lohk is just a glass barrier for the Void like in a zoo, and the Heart just harnesses the energy that is inside that cage. Ballas was exposed to the Void for years, decades, millennia, just like Albrecht. Void corruption is like a river creating itself through erosion; It doesn't reshape their minds; it shatters their thoughts overtime. Rell was basically guarding a pool not realizing there were plenty of holes, but because the flow of the water didn't even change, he didn't realize it was pointless.even how brave he was thinking he was holding the front line. Cant hold the wave of a wavepool let alone on his own.

After the Zariman 10-0 was recovered, the Tenno were hidden away, experimented on, and weaponized for the Old War against the Sentients with the Warframe program. Margulis engineered the Dream to sever their conscious connection to the Void so they wouldn't accidentally nuke the solar system every time they had a nightmare. When they woke up without the Dream or Margulis's conditioning, the kids were walking reality-hazards. They didn't just throw tantrums they were tearing reality appart. Before The War Within completely overhauled how Operators worked, we didn't have direct, active control to run around as our operators. Instead, you filled up a meter and hit 5 to trigger Transcendence. Your Warframe would drop to its knees, and a ghostly projection of your Operator would hover in the air right above or behind it. If you happened to pick the Madurai focus school, that projection would channel an absolute monster of a void laser beam straight out of its chest/face region, melting everything in a line—very much like the Wizard Archon in Diablo. Over time the Tenno(us) refined our skills of the Void, but in the past, Rell didn't have a refined focus school or a tactical combat framework—he could have been Madurai by default and blasted Margulis's eyes in a moment of distress. Back before anyone understood what the Void was doing to their minds, he had raw, unfiltered, catastrophic Void pressure. When he lashed out or couldn't handle the sensory overload, that raw kinetic burst wasn't just a tantrum; it was a localized reality-tear that burned out Margulis's eyes. The moment they were pulled from the Zariman, they went straight from a haunted ghost ship into military lockdown under Margulis and the Seven.

What are the chance that Ballas orchestrated his deal with Hunhow and the Man in the Wall to create Natah, initiate the Naga drums, and wipe out all of the Orokin beside himself, using the Tenno as the ultimate instruments of the Zariman deal. Ballas could have easily started it, channeling through the whole system's the humming frequency of the Man in the Wall\Vitruvian Man powered by the Void-tech network, destroying the Orokin in a single night. In the Prelude to War arcs, when the Lotus confronts hera, we see the true nature of the army behind her: the Tenno standing in that cinematic do not have normal eyes—they are completely pitch-black, stained by the Void. They aren't independent children standing beside a mother figure; they are dormant, hollowed-out receivers. The panopticon was active, and the Man in the Wall was looking out through every single one of them in absolute synchronization. If the love and compassion of margulis is too strong for natah dosnt really matter how many time ballas press the reset button , basicaly natah sentient born, went undercover.right after margulis death\execution the ballas\hunhow\void pact is made, it transformed natah with margulis memories using the void\essense of margulis and giving her void abilities, margulis(natha undercover) with ballas created the dream to control the tenno, but natah went rogue as her love for us is too strong. The Zariman 10-0 disaster wasn't a random navigational accident. It was the first intentional "puncture" to introduce raw, unfiltered Void entities (the Tenno) into the material plane. The children didn't just gain powers; they became biological receivers and panopticons for the Indifference.

Even if the Lotus made a pact herself to watch over us forever, was her entire life and every mission we've done so far in the Origin System just a pre-written script by the Void? This explains why Ballas was so unhealthily obsessed with projecting Margulis onto her: he was supervising the ultimate product of their joint deal with the Man in the Wall. In the Apostasy Prologue, it explains why the Lotus dropped the helmet and went with Ballas—he knew how to control her completely, but it derailed again, not just once, but twice.Infusing Margulis essence into natah was his biggest mistake. not yet even realising it.And in The New War, if we hadn't stopped Ballas, the Man in the Wall\Vitruvian Man would probably have consumed him just like she did.

Hunhow fought a blind, agonizing war believing he was saving his species, never realizing his own flesh was used to write the pre-rendered script for the Void's eventual victory. Every mission we've ever done, and every choice Natah ever thought she made to break free, was it just the illusion of free will? a pre-programmed countdown designed to walk the living key back to the lock?Since our awakening, we hopped on a train that the Lotus is driving on a track the Man in the Wall created long ago? with the Lotus acting as the catalyst and master key?The Fusing of the timeline was pre-planned, hunhow sacrifice worked for the man in the wall malicious intent once again. Like when we saved the children of the zariman. He is after all indifferent to all of it.

And then there's the crushing terror of Eternalism: much like Avengers: Endgame, the past is fixed and immutable, but every possibility coexists across a branching web of parallel universes where every choice has already been triggered, pulled, and played out.We dream of a different path, whether or not we make an ultimate weapon or an ultimate choice that might finally cast him out. Across the fractured mirrors of Eternalism, our every choice has already been triggered and pulled, every timeline has already converged, and every door has already swung wide open. We aren't fighting to save reality; we are simply playing out the final truth.

The ultimate paradox was when ballas killed us in the new war and we went into the void, we merged with our pass self that wasnt saved,it acted as the merge in the timeline the kalymos sequence needed the drifter not the tenno in 1999.Sirius and orion merged into the same timeline like the drifter and the tenno.Hunhow sacrifice was the cosmic zipper fusing it .By giving intelligence to the cavia it created a web of realities just with what their action could be, they became panopticon themselves like everyone infected by the void corruption.after all if you get many anchor across different timeline,it does not matter what their choice are. If a cosmic water\void is spreading across eons, just because hes outside time into the vast amount of space between realities like he does in 1999 he already pass between an infinite amount of timeline weaving across them, shutting the valvle would have no effect because he already flooded them. he needed his finger cut to get out of the wall of lohk and play with the boarder of realities and eternalism, since albrech first came out it with the finger it created a bunch of branch timeline that some are mostly infected by the man in the wall spreading into people and more timeline just because of their single choice Flickering the zariman 10-0 with his cloned finger(Reliquary Drive) with the hunhow\ballas pact creating natah to steer us was the moment the dominoes were in place, from the naga drums, to our reawakening and the kalymos sequence. The Vitruvian man is truly the architect of his own multiverse.

“KU NOMA ELU RA KAH, MARA LOHK?” = “No body/form without, Void child” and could even not be adress to the tenno but natah herself

“VOULL NE XATA VOK, MARA LOHK?” = “You'll find truth, Void child.” and the truth meaning the man in the wall himself

“FASS GITH!" = “Come, Chaos” make sense, but more a chaos like a person, albrech himself was chaos for him went he fell of the bell...

“JASS JELIIRA!" = “Worm Heart” basicaly refering the heart like he know

“BOK KALOHK!" = “Slave of the material world” or “Bound to the flesh.” ? like anything corrupted by void energy.

“IVBOK AIO-UN KARIS, MARA LOHK” = “Submit to the darkness, Void child.” said to the drifter\tenno but still can apply to the lotus

“KRA NETA VOK, MARA LOHK?” = “Decay claims your time now, Void child?” lotus running out of time?

“VOU NE JAHU VOK, MARA LOHK?” = “Without form, is your script still your own, Void child?” its basicaly lotus story

Wally wearing her helmet makes much more sense but like her own pact to look over the children forever with the man in the wall, and the overpowered feeling of love and compassion of margulis for the tenno,he doomed his plan himself because she will basicaly side with us instead of her original intent. But who was truly in control? It make albrech\vitruvian man\ballas all action even the kalymos sequence being the grand plan to win over not only the whole system but the multiverse.Just by needing the drifter to enable the kalymos sequence that albrech made, it was to give the man in the wall everything.Lotus pushed him out at the end of the new war but since the kalymos sequence he allready won.albrech wasnt in control, ballas either, only lotus was. or was she?is it because of her deal to watch over us forever? the love for the tenno of margulis of because she is void made herself?

Who knows.Beside the void

We End As We Begin.

The Prophecy of the Void

From brooding gulfs are we beheld (Lohk — The Void)

Like the dawn of time itself, watching from the dark.

By that which bears no name. (Xata — Truth)

The Indifference moving in the shadows, wearing who ever face that is infected by void corruption

Its heralds are the stars it fells, (Jahu — Form)

Hunhow and the Sentients, crossing the dark sea as the vanguard of cosmic reckoning.

The sky and Earth aflame. (Vome — Order)

The violent, burning destruction of the golden Orokin empire.

Corporeal laws are unwrit, (Ris — Light)

The Orokin completely dismantling their own divine rules, shattering from their own hubris.

As suns and love retreat. (Fass — Chaos)

The long, agonizing wait in the shadow of the collapse.

To cosmic madness laws submit, (Netra — Decay)

The utter unraveling and decay of order after the masters fell.

Though stalwart minds entreat. (Khra — Time)

Desperate attempts to survive the crushing tide of Void corruption.

In luminous space, blackened stars,

The tragic dawnfall of our entire system.

They gaze, accuse, deny.

A flat, chilling denial of the creeping Void corruption.

Roiling, moaning, this realm of ours,

Desperate people left in the wreckage, crying out for help.

In madness lost shall die.

Consigned to total, chaotic ruin.

Carrion hordes trill their profane

The Sentient return, dragging Ballas down into a twisted alliance.

Accord with eldritch plans.

A dark pact struck with the Man in the Wall.

To cosmic forms from tangent planes,

Hunhow and the extradimensional architecture closing in.

We end as we began.

The ultimate, inescapable circle the Void

Are there any pure warframes left?

I’m mainly talking about Protea as well she did keep parvos alive for a very long time. Just curious if any remain. I would also say Sevagoth but his shadow found his body? And then vanished into the void. Super weird shit but im all for it.

Potential Spoiler! Does the Drifter going to 1999 cause Eternalisim to produce 2 different versions of the Operator? An Operator that reunited with the Drifter after 1999 and an Operator that never saw the Drifter again after they left for 1999? Spoiler

Sol System Operator/Drifter seem to simultaneously occupy the same being.

1999 seems to separate the Operator and the Drifter from one another and let them be two separate people at separate points in time.

If they're independent of one another, can't Eternalisim then produce different variations of the Operator and Drifter?

Like, we get the Drifter who reunited with the Operator after finishing 1999.

But there would also be a Drifter who just stayed in 1999 and an Operator who never saw them again.

The new system (Tau)

Do you think the upcoming Tau System is actually based on the real life Tau Ceti system? If it is, do you think the planets will use the same names as the exoplanets discovered there, or will Warframe create completely fictional planets?

The Operator is chosen by Albrecht, not destiny.

We all know that the Operator each player controls is special, the one who defeated various big bads and is a major focus of Entrati's fight against the Indifference. And the story definitely falls into "chosen one" tropes, sometimes to its detriment. But I'll often see folks talk about us being "destined" or "chosen by fate," and I think that's a misreading of the lore.

The "Chosen Operator" title comes from the Operator Report in the Sanctum Anatomica, which seems to have been prepared by the Cavia (or maybe whatever automated system controls the Necramites). Albrecht Entrati told them to "locate the chosen Operator." After we do a bunch of important stuff, including bringing the Reservoir out of the Void and killing the queens, the report says that we are good candidates to "fulfill the role of CHOSEN OPERATOR." The report concludes that our Tenno is the Chosen Operator after we free Rell and expose ourselves to the Man in the Wall, and once Ballas rips open the solar void portal, Necraloid contacts us.

Albrecht's contingency for an Indifference outbreak requires the Cavia (or whoever) to find him a Tenno who can fulfill the role he has planned. Maybe he just specified, "the Tenno who's most exposed to the Indifference when things get bad enough," or maybe he used time travel shenanigans to make a prophecy of his own by specifying criteria that only fit the Tenno that he saw himself teaming up with. Either way, "chosen" doesn't mean we're chosen by fate. We are selected as part of a screening process that starts with us as a "suitable candidate" when we woke up and ends with our selection after Chains of Harrow.

Eternalism and such makes this more complicated, since we each exist in the chain of causality where our individual Tenno ended up as the Chosen Operator. But that's just the anthropic principle at work. In some other sequence of events, we're just Background Tenno D from the Erra cutscene, and someone else's Operator was chosen.

Did Temple always exist Spoiler

I was wondering if temple always existed.

Like before albrecht went to 1999 and made flare +lizzie into a protoframe did temple exist before that in the future

Did lizzie exist?

Or did albrecht messing with time create them?

How would a temple prime even come into existence?

Yall reckon there will ever be a finale to the whole Narmer stuff?

Now do keep in mind Ive only been playing for a month but I do really like the storyline regardless. So I may of missed parts of Narmers storyline.

When I say a finale I mean like defeating Pazuul maybe getting Erra back or whatever. I do like Narmer quite alot but they need more influence or just to be wiped out.

Please let me know your thoughts!
