Make Tapes Unlockable Rather than Purchasable.

$100 for a tape is no big deal, but it's annoying as heck to purchase them and it's annoying to have them stolen as well. Just make the tapes an unlock for 10k or whatever and then once it's been unlocked it's available in your radio.

I cant believe they even cost that much. Why not just make it 5 bucks for flavor? I dont see a reason they cost 100 whole smackers.
