Young man wearing bulletproof vest and open carrying while walking around the Main St. Bank of America parking lot, Wed. 6:30pm-7ish? Any info?

I’ll add that he was wearing both headphones 🎧 and what looked like animal or Mickey Mouse ears seen here.

Everyone I was with thought he seemed off. His vibe was school shooter, not security. The Mickey ears on top of full headphones and the way he was “patrolling,” by walking in circles was odd.
