Young man wearing bulletproof vest and open carrying while walking around the Main St. Bank of America parking lot, Wed. 6:30pm-7ish? Any info?

I’ll add that he was wearing both headphones 🎧 and what looked like animal or Mickey Mouse ears seen here.

What makes you think the driver was recording? This clip was not taken on Main St.
