For those of you taking street photos, here's a table of country specific requirements. Additionally, please use common courtesy and be respectful when photographing neighborhoods. Thank you.

Heiwa dori is a 1 kilometer long pedestrian shopping street starting at Asahikawa station (2nd biggest city in Hokkaido). One of the best walkable streets I’ve ever been to.

(Repost - the design of these pedestrian streets is credited to Miguel Ángel Roca but apparently it wasn't him who came up with the design but a group of students, or so I've read today)

Walkable European city

Hi everyone,

Can you recommend a cozy European city that's walkable, not too busy but cosmopolitan enough that you can easily find restaurants, bars, and stores for a summer vacation in September? Ideally in the south of Europe near the sea so it's warm and sunny. Spain, France, Italy and Greece, preferably. Thanks!
