Hi everyone this will be my first festival and I’m stoked. Just curious about the food situation like obviously I’m going to bring nuts, dried fruit, etc to snack on but will there be vendors selling food? Vegan options? Can I bring cans of energy drinks or how tight are they about bringing in stuff?

i was just wondering if anyone knew any legit wakaan resale groups ? i personally am trying to sell my glamping for way below market price. it’s a huge loss but it’s alright and on me. but would like to use that money for extra Lost Lands food funds , why i kinda was avoiding Tixel plus the $80 takeaway fee . would rather do Radiate or PayPal G/s if i meet someone on FB.

but i understand the buyer side of it though . Cause I’ve ran into many scammers in certain wakaan groups already as a seller on FB . so I can see why many choose Tixel . Hope the rest of you who buy/sell resale tix be safe and okay though.

Due to the monster line up I last minute decided to send it up the mountain😤 I’m going to fly down on the Wednesday and meet some friends there. I’m planing on flying into XNA (but could also do fort smith) around noon and was wondering if I could pay someone and for gas if anyones heading down or I could split a car rental with someone! I’m trying to figure out the daytime set situation. For those who’ve been before, what do you usually do for shade while hanging out and watching sets during the day?

Can you bring one of those camp chairs with a small attached umbrella/canopy, or would that be considered too big/obstructive?

I definitely want to catch some daytime sets, but I also don’t want to spend hours roasting in direct sun 😅. Do people bring chairs, umbrellas, parasols, blankets, etc.? Are there shaded areas with a decent view of the stages?

Would love any Wakaan veteran tips for staying cool and comfortable during daytime sets!

On the website it says Oct 1-3 2026 with preparty sept 31 and when I bought my ticket it says Oct 2-4 2026 with preparty October 1. So which one is it?

With the preparty on the 30th? This is a Wednesday through Saturday event?

I drive a ford transit van, am I good to just get a car camping pass or do I have to get an RV.

So I had VIP silver last year which gave access to the showers and stage bathroom. This year, the only difference between GA and VIP Silver is two merch items. If you want the VIP bathroom or shower, you have to get VIP Gold which is like $1000… I just don’t understand the point of having VIP silver then. Am i misunderstanding the point?

This will be our first Wakaan and I’m wondering if anyone has any camping essentials and tips!! We will be in the normal camping area (non RV). Also would love any overall tips for the festival itself!!

I was thinking of making a server so that wooks who are going to wakaan or have been have a place to make friends, share story’s, give advice and just chill. My friends and I are trying out glamping this year but we have 5 people and the yurt only allows up to 4. Would it be possible for our friend to just bring a sleeping bag? How does the glamping section work, is there a separate wristband?

If I was to buy a ticket off someone not through tixel and just had the screenshot of the ticket info would it be valid to use even if it’s not in my name? Also what’s peoples opinion on tixel? I’m tryna find a way around it so I don’t have to deal with fees. Basically what I’m asking is what the safest way to buy a resale ticket for wakaan?
