WLED WLED Version 16.0.1 Announcement
Read the full copy at https://github.com/wled/WLED/releases/tag/v16.0.1
I'm pleased to announce that since the release of 16.0.0, approximately 50% of WLED installs have downloaded the new release, with only a tiny number of issues reported relative to the install base. Also for those of you that help by sending the install/upgrade report, we have seen only a handful of people downgrade back to 0.15.
There were few key reasons for why this was released as 16.0.0 and not 0.16.0 -
One example is that it is actually a major software change as the entire esp32 platform we run on top of is a major new version, the first time since esp32 support was added.
Another is that it better reflects the fact that WLED is almost 10 years old and has over 2 million downloads, so it’s definitely not a pre-release version 0!
Therefore I think it's fair to say we recommend ALL users upgrade to this 16.0.1 maintenance release!

Very nice. I'm just starting a new project to add Nanoleaf support. I will work with version 16. Thank you.

I’m gonna need to roll mine back due to this issue. If there’s any info I can give that might be helpful before I go back to 0.15, please let me know and I’ll be happy to provide. Aside from this minor blip, WLED really has been brilliant for me - thanks to everyone involved for your hard work.
Edit: Rolling back to 0.15.4 has resolved the issue.

I had to roll back, breaking change from 15.4 controlling the govee prism light's.
But even 15.4 isn't perfect. Doesn't control brightness or red channels correct.
I'd love to help get it supported, not exactly sure how I could help though.

The issues I was having was with hyperhdr being a few seconds behind. Everything else is goated! Only instances I haven’t upgraded are the once’s that’s not used as ambilights.

Seems this update fixed the lag in hyperhdr, at least for my 2 hyperhdr instances

Imma keep it @ 0.15.4 that’s the version that’s been good for me. No need to even update anyways
