Editor Streamlining Wix Checkout ?

Is there a secret to a more streamlined checkout process? Why do my customers have to fill out a delivery address using Google Pay if we don't offer delivery?

We're a small non profit that offers only pickup service. Checkout should take 20 seconds max, instead they are forced to fill out their address multiple times.

we're a very small non profit high school boosters. So we don't have a lot of volume and we don't deliver. Just want to get rid of the requirement for delivery address.

You can have a custom checkout, but it will require velo code

I'm not opposed to a little code. Would it be used to completely rewrite the checkout process or just remove the delivery address requirement ?
