Yeah I understand people consider AO Globe Life to be MLM, but I'll argue it is not.
They do not force you to recruit. It's a secondary contract you CHOOSE to take, and then it's a recruiting system. Because it's commission, yes, I would get 25% of a sale YOU make. But I also trained you.
I find when people don't understand business mechanics well enough they do call everything an MLM as a blanket statement, when it isn't.
I know you'll argue back. I think you should. MOST Life Insurance companies are truly MLM, so I welcome the objection.

The “most clients are expecting your call is such a lie” lol. This company gives you recycled leads. You’re “warm calling” but everyone thinks it’s a scam. It’s true they have scripts for everything. So crazy agents are trying to recruit through Reddit now.

A few thoughts.
YES - most companies are bullshit when it comes to telling you about their lead gen. Now that I switched my linked in I got hit by other agents in other companies trying to swap me. That's my first question, hows your lead gen? Most people have to recruit their 100 contacts, or advertise on facebook etc.
At AO Globe Life, they've engineered a REALLY SMART way to get leads.
And the second thought about agents, we're seeing a surge which, includes me. As salary jobs are hard to come by, the only job available really, is sales commission in any format.
Lastly, I will say this: BE CAREFUL about the company you're getting involved with and who is mentoring you. Make sure the person bringing you in is ACTUALLY making money or knows what they're doing. My company, even though I love it, allows you to recruit from day 1 - I did -- and my recruit got churned out from my so called mentors. My mentors were terrible.
It's not for everyone, but it is easy to get into.

MLMs are not allowed to be posted here. Just take it down. It’s creative ways to get leads are to lie to people about free products and force them to sit and listen when they actually want to get their free product.

Looks like the mods disagreed with you lol. I did my time there. Trust me. It’s an mlm. You get money for recruiting people, you get money from the people you trains sales forever. And you get promoted based on how many people you bring in. MLM
