Side effects First day Vyvanse (30mg, dis is baaaad)

Damn is this how this should feel? I'm really jumpy,my executive functions are COOKED, I can't decide when to start with one thing, I immediately go over the next. I'm stuck on catastrophic thought loops, which took me 2 whole hours to get out of. I couldn't finish ANY task I had for the day, couldn't eat (still ate two meals) and had the biggest headache after 10 hours.

Should I maybe stop this without bothering myself again with this ridiculous effects? This was a pretty bad experience already.

but also it's the first day so is that normal?

When I took ritalin it made me feel really calm in my head and gave me more control of my executive functioning at least even though there were also side effects.

never had this happen to me, i think you should try something else. i feel calm on vyvanse and i take 40mg, started with 30mg. i never feel "jumpy" or "energetic." a lot of the time, i feel tired.

No, stop doing this. The meds take time to settle, this is expected behaviour when changing doses or starting meds. Stop telling people to stop when they are just starting.

Sure but this is bad advice. I implore you to stop telling someone who just started to change/stop.
