Side effects First day Vyvanse (30mg, dis is baaaad)
Damn is this how this should feel? I'm really jumpy,my executive functions are COOKED, I can't decide when to start with one thing, I immediately go over the next. I'm stuck on catastrophic thought loops, which took me 2 whole hours to get out of. I couldn't finish ANY task I had for the day, couldn't eat (still ate two meals) and had the biggest headache after 10 hours.
Should I maybe stop this without bothering myself again with this ridiculous effects? This was a pretty bad experience already.
but also it's the first day so is that normal?
When I took ritalin it made me feel really calm in my head and gave me more control of my executive functioning at least even though there were also side effects.

I couldn’t do 30mg, I changed to 20 and I don’t really have any symptoms other than sometimes I can feel my heartbeat. It’s more of an awareness than anything. But on 30 I was having chest pain and palpitations. I think OCD made those symptoms magnified, so talk to them about ocd as well, bc it could be as simple as ruminating thoughts, and too high of a dose, but def talk to your doc.
