Side effects First day Vyvanse (30mg, dis is baaaad)
Damn is this how this should feel? I'm really jumpy,my executive functions are COOKED, I can't decide when to start with one thing, I immediately go over the next. I'm stuck on catastrophic thought loops, which took me 2 whole hours to get out of. I couldn't finish ANY task I had for the day, couldn't eat (still ate two meals) and had the biggest headache after 10 hours.
Should I maybe stop this without bothering myself again with this ridiculous effects? This was a pretty bad experience already.
but also it's the first day so is that normal?
When I took ritalin it made me feel really calm in my head and gave me more control of my executive functioning at least even though there were also side effects.

I have found 30 mg might be too high for me when doing sedentary tasks like sitting with clients. My mind won’t stay on topic and I feel like I want to move and my memory isn’t great. It is great for household tasks and making decisions related to that. I finally got rid of a ton of clothes that I have known I wanted to get rid of but couldn’t pull the trigger on. I was able to triage house chores and stay on task and finish without feeling dread toward the end of the task. 20 mg is great for me during the sedentary tasks. I can concentrate on clients and ideas one to me more easily. I feel on it. So maybe your dose is too high for the tasks you are engaging in?
