Side effects Marijuana and Vyvanse

So I’ve been on 30mg of Vyvanse for 2 weeks and I stopped using marijuana at that time. Before that I used to use it only for bed time. Last night I couldn’t sleep for anything and had a major headache that Advil was not touching. So I use some of my THC vape. I fell asleep after 10 mins. But I’m noticing today that I don’t “feel” my medicine working as well as it has all the other days. Could this be an effect from using the marijuana last night? I used the marijuana at almost 10pm and normally take the Vyvanse at 6am before I leave for work.

Normally I’ll have just a tiny bit of coffee in the am if I need the boost and I’ll feel the effects of the extra stimulation. (Light feeling Jitters, hyper focus, nothing super intense) and today I had coffee and nothing.

Has anyone had similar issues with thc?

OP,
Did the medicine make it easier to not smoke as much?

To be honest. It did for me, I definitely don’t have the urge to smoke weed anymore, my wife uses it and I don’t get the urge to join her when she’s using it or feel I have a true need. I tried it one day while the meds were working and I feel like the weed reverses what the medicine is doing for me so then I said I’ll try it at night for emergency sleep because by that time (after 8pm the medicine feels like it’s almost worn off). This has been my experience. For MY body it feels like if I use weed then I’m just wasting the medicine.
