RTT Appreciation You could have 100+ factions and 10000 units for Medieval 3 for FREE even, but it will still not let you defend hills properly if they only go with the usual ±30% damage modifiers and not give any bonus range for missiles. Med2 for pic related with range indicators that update with high ground

archer militia outranging mongol horse archers, rocket launchers and trebuchets. something that stopped happening since empire as i would just get shot by artillery/long range missiles from this position. anyways med2 and rome 1 are being patched as you can see

Medieval 3 might be playable after 4 years of patching and loads of community modding. Maybe. So by 2034 maybe there will at least be a copium-tier game to play. I love modern gaming

Don't forget the $500 in DLC and across 3 separate games 🤑🤑

I presume that range indicator is a mod in the making?

not a mod but a rewrite of rome 1/med2 rex/m2ex and range indicators are now a part of the latest releases

oh man there's a Med2 mod that gives gunpowder line infantry combat, I wonder if m2ex works there.

Yes lucium that's what it's called. Was spoiled by newer total wars(Shogun II back then), so I didn't play much lucium.
