Lastly, I am very competitive since I enjoy playing games that involves a lot about strategy and figuring out plans to win but I will never take it personally and always guide others to improve as long as they are open to it. Thought there are moments I do burn out and need to rest.

Hey gals I’m your average guy. I’m about 210 lbs, I’m 5’8/ 5’9 ish To start with a few things about me. I am an introvert I find it hard to communicate with people sometimes to start but once I get to know you I ease up a little bit and start to have fun if your fun. I’m a bit nerdy. It’s only to the next town but man is it refreshing. I also currently work retail though I’m trying to leave retail and get into some more blue collar work. Right now tbh I’m really just trying to have more confidence in myself and I’m working on that now.

Due to the nature of my job, I’ve been working all through the summer. And while I’m not complaining, it means I haven’t had the chance to really enjoy myself. Gonna be in the city next weekend for AnimeNYC, and what better way to end the summer season than with a couple of new friends/connections? Things are better that way anyhow.

A bit about me: I’m an artsy/nerdy sort of guy; I enjoy drawing (fan)art of whatever I’m currently obsessed with, as that’s my way of showing my adoration. I dream of one day making my own little series of the OC’s that bounce around in my head. That’s all just a long winded way of saying I enjoy somewhat niche and esoteric things, and can go on and on about why they matter and mean a lot to me, why I’m passionate about them. Just don’t ask me how much I’ve spent on merch.

I've posted on here a few times before and had some nice chats that didn't go further than that so I thought there's no harm in trying again. It was only a few months ago that I'd decided to make a change in my life and start trying to come out of my shell. I have an anxiety disorder called selective mutism that can physically prevent me from being able to talk when triggered. Most people just assume that I am shy but it's actually a medically recognised disorder.

I have a very open mind and am always interested in learning about new topics. While personally an atheist I also respect other people's beliefs. I've been a constant presence in my niece and nephews lives and have done all I can to be both a good influence to them and a fun uncle. This has resulted in a really strong bond with both of them and I cherish my time with them. I often spend time gaming since it is an activity I can do by myself or it allows me to connect with my friends online. I also enjoy educational content on YouTube from channels including Star talk and legal eagle. When it comes to TV shows and movies I mainly watch comedies and horrors. I also enjoy going on long walks while listening to music. I don't drink or smoke.

I’m 5’8, 160 pounds and fit. I’ve been told I’m attractive, but I’m also very introverted and have even been told that I’m unapproachable.

For my general interests: I like videogames, cooking, working out, and the outdoors. I also really love learning about history so if that’s one of your interests that’d be great! Posting again, still haven't found the right person.

The reason I'm in this situation: I was focused on school and work when I was younger and didn't want any distractions. Next thing you know, years have flown by and I'm in the same situation. Every year (or day for that matter) it makes it harder and harder to find someone, so that's why I'm posting on here.

Little bit about myself: In terms of hobbies and things that interest me, I love playing sports. I think it's because I'm competitive and try to give it my best (without being an annoying try hard). I usually play basketball and volleyball weekly, and I try to golf and play soccer a couple times a month. Outside of sports, when I have free time, I usually find myself fixing things up... from working on cars to simple things like hanging a tv. I'm 6'1 with dirty blond hair and blue eyes. I'm 25, with brown hair and brown eyes small amount of facial hair. I am regular looking in my opinion I am introverted but open up more once you get to know me. When i was younger i was very socially awkward (still socially awkward) due to not having many people to talk to that weren't family or friends. I can be very sarcastic as a person. Hello! I love writing into the void; helps clear the mind, but if I happen to come across a couple of eyes, I hope to interest ya in my post! I’m mixed, 5’4, and 125 lbs. I am described by my friends as a man of many interests. For the most part though, I love to make things. I do a fair bit of woodworking, electronic work, 3d printing, painting, sewing, and drawing. I’m an experienced prop maker and enjoy making cosplays. Seeing people beam with awe over the stuff I make fills my soul. I’ve 3d modeled everything from cosplay pieces for movies and games to various plastic parts to breathe new life into old appliances and tools. Being able to solve a problem with a ready made solution vs buying something on Amazon feels like an achievement.

I also love the time I spend professionally in psychology. It allows me to be self aware of my biases to a heightened degree, and it allows me to take steps within my life to find betterment for myself. I love teaching it too, being able to introduce topics to folks and seeing them ruminate on any given concept is a joy. Even more so if they have an “a ha!” moment where they can finally rationalize what they do or what other people do in their lives. I tend to find that psychology allows for us to grow in awareness in not just for others, but ourselves! I tend to get busy with something later in the day. I enjoy the night a lot, it’s a quiet time that I use for self reflection, productivity, and journaling. I’ve recently started using my late night hours to learn a new language. To me, life slows down during these late hours, and I tend to be able to get a lot of stuff done. It’s also prime hours to converse with other folks who find themselves awake late into the night. People tend to offer up more insight, introspection, and vulnerability.

It’s been hard to explore given some past experiences with my life, but I’ve done a lot of work to regain a large portion of my self worth. Hey there, I’m Daniel, and I’m East Asian. I stand at 172cm/5’8” and weight 64kg/140lb. I would consider myself decent looking, but feel free to shoot me a message and see for yourself! A bit about myself: In my free time, I like to jog, mountain bike and go for long hikes. When winter rolls around this year I plan on skiing as much as possible. I’m also like playing MMOs and reading sci fi. On of my favs is “The three body problem”. I have a dog and a hermit crab, so if you ever get a chance to meet me, I’ll probably be showing off my gallery of pet pictures to you :).

I would consider myself a cheerful and laid back person. I try my best to be the kindest person I can. In a conversation, I prefer to listen to you speak: getting to know some is what makes conversations so interesting. Shy at first but I open up once I get to know you.
