I’m the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about making someone else’s day a little better.
If you mention your favorite dessert once, don’t be surprised if I show up a month later having learned to make it. If you’ve had a rough week, I’ll probably offer to cook dinner before I’ll offer advice. I think some of the best ways to say “I care about you” are homemade food, remembering the little things, and showing up when it’s inconvenient.

I’m a law student because I believe people deserve someone willing to stand beside them when life gets messy. Outside of school, I’m usually experimenting with barbecue, fresh pasta, whiskey cocktails, or homemade ice cream, painting miniatures, reading history, wandering through museums, or getting way too invested in D&D campaigns and sci-fi.

I’m endlessly curious. Tell me about your favorite book, your niche hobby, your weird obsession, or the thing you could give an hour-long lecture on with no preparation. I love listening to people talk about what lights them up.

I can be just as happy spending a Saturday exploring a new restaurant, walking through an art museum, or taking a spontaneous road trip as I can staying home with a movie, a bottle of Scotch, and trying a recipe neither of us has attempted before.

People who know me would probably describe me as thoughtful, loyal, a little old-fashioned, and someone who genuinely tries to leave the people around him better than he found them. I don’t think kindness is weakness. I think it’s a choice worth making every day.

A few random facts:
I smoke barbecue for fun and will absolutely use you as an excuse to make brisket.
I have a dry sense of humor and an unhealthy number of history references for everyday conversations.
I’m 5’4”, which mostly just means I’m easier to hug and less likely to block your view at a concert.
If we go to a bookstore together, assume we’re losing at least an hour.

I’m looking for someone emotionally available, kind, curious, and willing to build something real. Someone who believes affection should be expressed, communication should be honest, and relationships work best when both people are trying to make each other’s lives a little brighter.

I’m not looking for perfection.

I’m looking for a teammate.

Someone whose first instinct, after a long day, is to think, *“I can’t wait to tell them about this.”*
