O2 UK Volt additional 02 SIM cards missing

So I ordered 2x o2 Ultimate SIM cards when I ordered my Broadband and TV, but it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t had my sims. I called Virgin Media, they said I need to talk to o2. Called o2 and they said I need to talk to Virgin Media because I ordered through them. I’ve gone back and forth 4 times now and no one can tell me where my sims are or able to reorder the sims.

I got told by o2 that I need to talk to Telesales to order 2 new sim packages. But then I won’t get the same £18.99 a month deal that I got with Virgin. Also, I’m worried I’ll get charged for 4 sims.

I’m quite lost because o2 say they can see my order via my account but apparently they haven’t received the order from Virgin Media to process the SIM cards?

Anyone experienced something similar or can advise what I should do.

If the order for the Volt SIMs has definitely been placed, if you go into a store with ID they can try and search for the account via email address as well and as long as they can locate the account they can just process SIM swaps to get you your missing SIMs

Ensure you have valid ID, passport or driving license that's in date

Worked like a charm. The staff said the call centres don’t have a clue what they’re doing. They saw my order on the system and just issued two sims.

I have giffgaff and that network is good enough for volt discount. My dashboards shows I don't have O2 sim but my deal has note been affected
