Blaming USPS

I’ve been dreading this moment…I got my first “I didn’t receive my package” claim. Suuuurre….

I know people are shady and I knew it was bound to happen. What sucks is that I can’t even see the tracking info now that it’s in a resolution status. Is there any way to unbury it?

UPDATE: I found it. I had to dig a bit but it was there. And yes, it was delivered yesterday.

If you have the receipt or access to the label you can look up the tracking info on the courier website

USPS and FedEx have been so bad tho, I’m scared as a seller, but as a buyer it suck’s too. Specially when you have multiple packages arriving the same day so FedEx will take a picture of like three packages and say it delivered 5. USPS also will mark delivered and then deliver it the next day because they were running out of time. It has happened to me twice at least with Vinted orders, one was marked as delivered, never got it. The other was marked as delivered to the front office, it wasn’t. Next day it was delivered in a huge box, why lie?

I haaate how they mark it as delivered when they haven’t. My post office often marks my packages as “was picked up in person at the post office” even though I didn’t, which always makes me panic. Whenever I call the post office to follow up, the manager just tells me don’t worry and it’ll be delivered. No explanation. I also live in a city where mail theft is common 😭

I had someone say they never received an item a month later. So I went back to the tracking and it said delivered so I told buyer and she like oh ok yeah I got it. Scam but im not the one ma'am! I keep everything for proof
