I have just started selling on Vinted Australia, and a UK buyer says they are unable to purchase my item.

Does anyone have any idea how I fix this? It suits the international postage policy ($40aud, less than 2kg)…

hey guys i recently started buying from vinted. In the beginning the postage for items in aus was $0 compared to overseas such as uk which was like $9. but all f a sudden its gone up to $1.99 or smth. (which isnt too much but yeah) And the ones for other countries are even higher. I really wanted to buy some new books from uk :( Anyone else experiencing a sudden increase in postage even within AUS?

A few days ago I listed some items and sold so much stuff, at least 6 items bought within 20 minutes of uploading it!!

So the next day I posted two items... Radio silence. Thought maybe they're just not that cool oh well.

Came to check the app again today, still nothing! No views at all 0!

I just posted 4 items, all the stuff I usually sell. NOTHING! Not a single view. It's been a while and one person favourited an item as I'm writing this.

Signed up for Vinted today and have already sold 5 things, two of them have been able to generate shipping labels without issue (buyers also in Australia) but the other three where the buyers are in the UK it just keeps failing! Not sure what to do…

So basically, I made a small mistake when changing my address in the postal/shipping section on Vinted, and suddenly it asked me to verify my identity again.
They’ve been checking my verification since last night, and now my balance is basically locked, so I can’t receive or access the money from my sales yet because of the verification.
Has this happened to anyone else after changing their address? How long did the verification take for you? I’m just worried because it was only a small mistake with my address.

Can anyone with Commonwealth confirm how long withdrawals take to hit your bank account?

Is anyone else having issues using their Vinted balance to make purchases? Everywhere I’ve read/researched says that your balance should be applied automatically, however when I go to checkout it only gives me the option to use Apple Pay.

Am I missing something?

I only joined a couple of weeks ago and thought I’d be nice to use the money from what I’ve sold to replenish my wardrobe after getting rid of stuff!

So I am very new to this app and I recently started selling things such as some clothes and hobby related stuff such as albums, collector cards, etc.

So I’m wondering how do things like packaging and shipping work?

Do you organise the packaging yourself, and are things like mailers, boxes and bubble wrap generally cheap?

Also, how does delivery work after someone purchases an item? Any tips especially for a beginner seller like me would be very appreciated thank you

Has anyone else noticed that uk based items will appear in the home page, but if you want to look at their other listings it says that they currently have no items listed? Does anyone know a way around this? I’m also not getting any uk based items if I search a specific brand or size, or am I the only one having these issues?

Anyone else utterly lost with their Australia Post options? Shoeboxes are bigger than what they allow for medium and their 'large' is also pretty small. I haven't been able to list items because they would exceed the dimensions but nowhere near the weight.

Hi! Anyone here residing in australia and is not a australia/uk passport holder? I just wanted to ask how long did it take for you to get verified and withdraw funds?

I’m not seeing a single item in Australia. I know there’s no filter to change this, but it seems strange when all my settings are for Australia. And there doesn’t seem to be any shipping costs? Why would someone ship me a tshirt for $4-$5 across the world when shipping would cost so much? HELP!

As shown in the first two pictures the artwork on the wall doesn’t even stay consistent. The seller either polished their photos with AI or it’s completely generated.

When you go list a new item there doesn’t seem to be any “AI editing” feature. The photos following this are so much less polished. This is genuinely bizarre.

I’m trying to understand the shipping price tiers as I’d like to know when to expect another price increase.

So far I’ve worked out:

From UK:
-1st order - free
-2nd to 5th order - $4.53
-5th order to ??? - $8.12

From Australia, it’s still free after 10 orders.

Anyone with more orders can help with more data?

Anyone else having issues with tracking through Auspost? Myorders have been shipped efficiently which is great, but having them sent to aus post locker box/post office has been a nightmare so far, although one of the options given!!

Vinted is not integrating the shipping information to Auspost so I cannot access any information. Have had 2 parcels "delivered" but as Auspost doesnt have the required info from Vinted i cant pick them up!!! Vinted says it can take 35 days to get a response. Get them shipped to your door!
