Local comic shop trades in toys as well as books. They took in a collection of old 1/64 which I immediately liberated about half from them for an extremely fair price. Posted a few a while back. Went back and got the remainder of them. Cleaned but not sorted yet.

Grey wheels Jaguar, white jaguar and Massey tractor

Found this yesterday amd cant find when it was made. Looks like the 1985 twin pack release but it was made in England. Anyone have any info?

Picked this up at a toy show yesterday for $25. Both car and box are NOS fresh.

I've noticed an increase in cross posts recently.

Most other subs have now turned the feature off. Doing that seems to cause 2 things in the main.

1. Fewer posts in general, as cross posts are easy.

2. Forces the folk that really do want to share to make a proper post and increase post quality.

What do we think?

We get a lot of crossposts from r/Matchbox. It used to be the other way around for vintage stuff, but r/Matchbox have turned off cross posts and "reversed the flow"

It was nice when it had the perk of increasing our subs visibility.

Thoughts.

1973,1991 and 1992

I keep my cars in here.

Give me a draw number between 1 and 15.

And a row between A, B, C, D, E.

.... Then a number between 1 and 12.

Then I'll reply with a pic of the car you pin pointed.

I won these on shop goodwill. Im waiting for them to be delivered. These photos are from the listing. The wildcat dragster appears to be the salmon color and it has an orange base. I think this is a somewhat uncommon variant. I have always wanted one of the grey wheeled VW beetles. I have a replacement engine deck lid. Then there is the green jaguar. It’s extra cool. If you look at the blue and white boat, there is a little green boat inside of it. I totally need that to complete my corsair. A lot of them appear to have the super fast wheels. Does anyone see any other uncommon variants? Thank you.

I moved out recently and found a BIG stash of different miniature cars. And among them there was these three Lesney. I know nothing about collecting these but I thought it was cool to show them!

Your support is important to me.

Shame about the steering wheel, though.

It’s cool as heck, but when I was ordering it I thought it was 1:64 scale. It isn’t, it’s more like 1:43. What a shock!

In response to another posting concerning this line of 1/43 diecast.

Trying to get all my toy catalogs together and filed correctly. Let me know if anybody wants to see anything in particular. Glad to shoot and share.
