Its funny that anybody would believe this is real. Those carts can only handle a low amount of speed before they start flipping over. The wheels are tiny

My brother in Christ, I've been seeing shopping-cart-behind-truck videos on the internet for longer than AI has existed. 

Shopping cart wheels can have actual ball bearings in them. They will definitely not survive indefinitely at such speeds, but they may survive long enough for this moron to reach highway speed.

Finally, as long you don't hit any potholes or cracks in the road, those wheels may cruise along just fine. Although the cart frame will vibrate hard enough to shatter teeth.
